Amicibau privilege regulation

AMICIBAU SNC DI CESAROTTI D. E BISI F. (hereinafter referred to as "AMICIBAU") wishes to explain the points collection program dedicated to our most loyal customers. With the Amicibau Privilege program, you can access discounts and promotions directly on our website (hereinafter referred to as "site" amicibau.com).

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the program implies unconditional and complete acceptance of all the clauses of this regulation. AMICIBAU reserves the right to modify the program conditions, including this regulation, at any time by publishing the changes on the Site.

Participants

The program is open to:

• Registered users on the site who subsequently enroll in the program.
• Users who have accepted this regulation.
• Users aged 18 years or older.

How it Works

This regulation is in effect from 01/12/2024.

By registering on the site amicibau.com and subsequently enrolling in the Amicibau Privilege program through a specific section on the homepage, you will earn one point for every euro spent.

Accumulated points will grant access to discounts on future purchases, which will be indicated in the "My Account" section and on the cart page during checkout.

Discounts can be redeemed by clicking the green button that appears on the checkout page.

AMICIBAU reserves the right to update the criteria for point conversion at its discretion; therefore, the applicable criteria are those specified at the time of the conversion request. The points collection is reserved exclusively for users registered on the Site and in the Amicibau Privilege program, following the creation of an account. Therefore, users who have not created an account on the Site and are not registered in the Amicibau Privilege program at the time of purchase will not receive any points.

Registered users will be able to see their point balance and use the accumulated points directly from their account on the Site.

Welcome Bonus

To kick off your points collection journey, each new customer will receive a bonus of 20 points upon registering for the Amicibau Privilege program.

Rewards Based on Orders

To make the experience even more special, we have created three user levels based on the points accumulated:

• PLATINUM Level: from 2000 points
• GOLD Level: from 1000 to 1999 points
• SILVER Level: from 500 to 999 points
• BRONZE Level: from 200 to 499 points

These four levels assign a title based on the points collected. The more points you earn, the higher the prestige of the level.

Important Details

Please note that accumulated points have a maximum validity of 12 months, so make sure to use them within this period. Additionally, points cannot be combined with other discounts or offers and are not convertible into euros or any other currency; the only permitted use of accumulated points is as authorized and available on the Site.

Account and Cancellation

In the event of account cancellation, accumulated points will be lost and cannot be recovered.

New Accounts

New customers will receive a welcome bonus of 20 points upon registering for the Amicibau Privilege program and will begin accumulating points with their first order.

Refer a Friend

By going to the "My Account" page, you can refer a friend by sending them an email. For each friend who registers for the Amicibau Privilege program, 20 points will be awarded to both:

• 20 points to the referrer
• 20 points for the new registration of the referred friend

Disclaimer

• AMICIBAU will not be responsible for any damage or loss arising from participation in the program, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• AMICIBAU disclaims any liability for any errors, technical malfunctions, fraud, service interruptions, or other issues that may affect access, functionality, or management of the program.
• AMICIBAU reserves the right to suspend or modify the program without notice, without this entitling participants to compensation or indemnities.

Privacy Protection

The processing of personal data of participants will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, particularly EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data, as specified in the site's privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

The content and materials available through the program are the exclusive property of the Site or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of such materials is prohibited.

Jurisdiction

For any disputes relating to the interpretation, application, or enforcement of this regulation, the exclusive jurisdiction will be (i) the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile (pursuant to the Consumer Code), if located within the territory of the State; (ii) the court where AMICIBAU is based if the user is a professional (pursuant to the Consumer Code).
