RETURN POLICY

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must not be altered and/or damaged.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (REGISTERED USER):

1. Log into your "My Orders" panel or use the link you received via email at the time of your order.
2. In the "Make a Return" area, follow the instructions.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (GUEST USER):

1. Use the link found in the order confirmation email to access the order control panel.

2. In the "Make a Return" area, follow the instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether via courier or postal service, is solely the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND TIMES AND CONDITIONS:

Administrative costs are borne by AMICIBAU SNC. As soon as the product is received, its integrity will be assessed. You will be fully refunded for the value of the returned products, including shipping costs. The refund will be processed to the payment method used for the purchase. Refunds for orders paid by credit card may take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement. AMICIBAU SNC operates from the European Union: all transactions are converted to Euros upon payment. For payments in different currencies, AMICIBAU SNC will refund the amount in Euros, and the equivalent in the currency will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued. Currency exchange risks are borne by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

An order can be canceled before shipping. To cancel an order, contact our customer service by filling out the contact form in the customer service area. If the product has not yet been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation and a full refund of the purchased item and shipping costs.
